We ship worldwide from the UK. Please note that international orders may be subject to local customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days of purchase.
Return Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving the delivery. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping and for coordinating the return with their local post.

Returned items must be unopened, in their original packaging and in resellable condition. Magnetic Meta reserves the right to reject any refund request if these conditions are not met.

To start a return, please contact us through the contact form with your order number and reason for return. Returns sent without prior communication will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
All orders are carefully packaged and shipped from our London studio to minimise the risk of damage during transit. In the rare event that your item arrives severely damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos and your order number.
Kindly note that each enamel piece is hand-painted. Please allow minor imperfections.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you. If approved, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 48 hours.
